Description
This vanguard outpost for the Orcish Empire is home to the Vilebloods, who are led by the merciless Warchief Vatgit. Only the most fearless, vicious, bloodthirsty Orcs are selected to be a part of the Warchief's ranks. Many knights travel to this area to engage the enemy, but never return home.
Points of Interest
- Quest-related battlefields for Mirror, Mirror and The Holy Crest can be accessed through the Hut Door at (G-9).
- That same hut door can be used to enter BCNMs, with the proper orbs purchased with Beastmen's Seal.
- Thousandarm Deshglesh can be found here.

Im going for rank 3 and i already went to windurst and now i need to get to the grotto but i have no clue where it is

Up near the top you talked about the bosses what levels should you be to fight them if you are a monk?

I was in the third area up of Ghelsba about 2 minutes ago and a massive of column of orcs came running past me and down to the first area. There were like 10 grapplers and a stonethrower warmachine. And in the middle was a special orc (cant remember his name) who was already being attacked so I couldn't get in :( Then all the orcs I saw started runnning in the same direction. Was very odd
Does anyone know what this was?

That would be a train. Someone grabbed aggro from one Orc (assumedly the 'special' one who was claimed) and the rest linked. The person who get all this aggro probably couldn't handle all of them, so he/she ran back to the entrance to zone (which caused all the orcs he/she passed by to link as well). It happens quite often, especially when lower-level players try to solo in the higher camp (or when trying to kill Warchief Vatgit for Mission 2-3, which was probably who that 'special' orc you saw was).

dayum i got lucky here i managed to get 5 elm logs on 1 hatxhet and 8 on 2 hatchets total80k for only 2 hatchets pretty damn good but it was pure luck and probably won't happen again

Yea i go here to farm to, but i fram for dark crystals its easy when u have a lvl 11-13 job like pld,thf, war, mnk, ect.

I farm stuffs here at level 20 thf and with the aid of Gil Finder, I can sometimes get up tae 25 gil an orc... pretty dang good money after awhile

what does the 2 NMs, barracader and wallbreacher drop? and where are they (pos)? i heard theyre often uncliamed and next timei go there ill see

You've probably done this by now but for everyone else that wants to know =-P the Barracader drops lantern sheild (duno if it's rare/exclusive, never dropped for me ~_~) I believe, and the Walbreacher drops Strike Baghnakhs (12-16k).

Yes Wallbreatcher drops the Strike Baghks which are about 20k apiece and is a more common drop than the one from barricader who drops the Lanturn shield (+5 attack) which runs about 120k per i am currently 12/20 on the shield =)

i love this place first of all i like to log here for elm ^^ i do this every once in a while when i get low on gil and also when i want to start back up on lvling up my woodworking <lvl 9> but also with my lvl 23 rdm i like to coem here and just farm up gil it may take a while to take off but after a while u just kill more and they start droppin 15 and up gil every one and i made 5k off this oen time waiting for one of my pt members for my mission 2/3 which i still havent finished >< im only half way done but yea thiss place is my favorite ^^

Anyone know what the NPC orc does that is in the Hut Battlefield? I have examined him many times and nothing happens...is he used in some missions later on or what?
All he does is sit there and watch the 3 other orcs that you fight. I have done this many times helping ppl. Almost broke record but i miss fired an AOE. Oh well. Hope this helps!
I think you have to beat him once you get the Save the Children mission in Sand'oria

i talked to him once when i was fighting the orcs, he charges you some gil (100-200 i believe) to let you leave the fight.

Everytime i go logging. It's very busy. So i mainly stop since i can never get a logging point after 30 minutes of running. Im wondering whats a good place to log? Ive heard of areas. But not sure where they are. Please help? thanks ^^. Saving up new stuff for drk and warrior. Please id really appreciate it.

The ?? mark as you're entering Ghelsba from W. Ronfaure is a Goblin who when you trade it a crystal will let you playback one of your completed missions. I noticed that he didn't keep the crystal though and you never saw him, he just spoke to you. I don't know if it's fame related before it will work as I just used it last weekend.
Those goblin's are located in all area's that you have to "Enter a Battlefield" in this case, "Save the children" Also, you don't have to trade it a crystal, you can trade it any item that you can put in the trade slot.
These goblin's are located in : The Waughroon Shrine (Palborough Burning Circle) Balga's Dais (Giddeus Burning Circle) and Ghelsba Outpost.
They are marked by a "Goblin Footprint"
When you examine, it will say "La la la la items, la la la....."

Is this the only logging place? Are there any other logging places other than this area here in Ghelshba Outpost?
I think that's the only place in that area for logging. There are some in E. Ronfaure also.
