this guy attacks fast, and has a very powerful cone attack that will one shot anyone with less than 1k HP. if youre belwo lv 65 stay away and let the army NPC's tank him for you. also if youdo attack him attack him from behind to avoid his attack.

hes found where shadows attack, which is pretty much all of the battle areas.
