I was able to solo these as a level 72 SMN, but always check what they con because they will have a T mixed in with an DC and they link like crazy.

These Imp Wings only cost around 2k a stack in the AH, and it so happens they drop from practically every imp you fight in Caedarva Mire. Hopefully SE will release some future quests in Aht Uhrgan that are actually fame based!
Also used for promotion to PFC in the mercenaries.
