I don't really see the use of this, besides being a cheap alternative to other weapons. Normal high delay, DMG of 91 and Store-TP +1 which translates to 0.1 more TP per hit, which over time means a whole SINGLE point of TP per 10 hits.
If this lance was 70 or 71 I would deem it a much better lance, but seeing the other 75 lances makes this the baby brother of the alternatives. Mezraq anyone? With the Mez going cheaper, this lance will be pointless, and it doesn't even have the looks to make up for itself.

Difference in strength? Minimal. Difference in price? Monumental.
It's not an end-all lance by any means, but for DRGs that just hit 75 it's a very cheap and nice option while you work towards an Imperial Neza or Mezraq.
Also, your facts on Store TP are way off. Store TP+1 means a 1% increase (or alternatively, a 101% multiplier) in the TP/hit gained. Store TP+3 on this lance means therefore, 3% increase (or 103% multiplier) in the TP/hit gained. A 492 delay lance will by nature with no Store TP gear, gain 13.3% TP/hit. With only the Store TP+3 on this lance, you calculate 13.699% TP/hit, which turns into 13.6% TP/hit because the game drops decimals past the first rather than rounds. It is *NOT* a flat +.1 TP. The only time it would be +.1 TP per hit would be when you have a weapon that returns exactly 10.0% TP/hit without any Store TP gear.
Without any other Store TP gear, the boost is minimal. However, with other gear on top of it, it's a powerful and useful stat. For example, if you figure in a rajas, chivalrous chain, brutal earring, /SAM subjob, and this polearm, you have a grand total of Store TP+25, or a 125% multiplier on TP/hit. That turns the 13.3% TP/hit return into a 16.6% TP/hit return (13.3 * 1.25 = 16.625 ~ 16.6% TP/hit). Use any more than a single hit WS (ie.: Penta Thrust) and you should have a working 6-hit setup as long as you land 2 of the 5 hits on the WS. Without any Store TP, you are looking at an 8-hit setup. In this sense, you are able to WS in two fewer hits, which would shave off 16.4 seconds if you have no haste gear. Store TP is greatly misunderstood, greatly useful in the correct quantities, and practically useless if it doesn't shave off a hit as you gain TP to 100%+.
