I am curious as to what the TP+10 effect is. Does it let you use a weapon skill as if you have 10 more TP than you actually have? Does it just give you 10 tp? Or does it start you out at 10 TP and you never go back down to 0 while the enchantment is in effect?

another crappy nin blade that matches all the other nin blades. why doesnt SoE make some cool nin weps, all nin gets is senjurinrikio and thats even not all that cool.
