I took the 2 Mrc.Cpt. Kukris my THF was using (which I got with CP anyway), and crafted these. (Signed them, I like to sign stuff that is for personal use =P)

The level cap is not 44, it is 38. Verified on Japanese website.

I went to get mine crafted the other day. Here are the RIGHT ingredients:
Smithing: (had mine done lvl 44)
1x Steel Ingot
1x Fire Crystal
1x Mercenary Captain's Kukri
Edit: was completely wrong before the update :) now they just have "iron ingot" instead of "steel ingot".

One of the best pieces of advice I can give you is that the staff members of allakhazam don't check every single message of items that are posted. There are thousands of items, recipes, and quests, and missions, and who knows what else.
If there is something wrong with an item/recipe/area/ETC... , then please click on the SEND A CORRECTION link at the top of the aforementioned item's discussion topics :) It should be at the top of this page.

Thanks, that send correction thing is kind of hard to notice with the color scheme of this website, i've sent it in. They still have it wrong, it should be steel, not iron ingot :)
i'm pretty sure this item's made from mercenary captain's kukri, not the mercenary's knife.

What does that mean, in areas outside own nations control? Does that mean that the area you are in has to be controlled by another nation, or does that mean that you have to be next to or in an area of your nation's control? Please explain this. Thanks,

You gain the bonus if the area you are currently in is in a region under control by another nation or beastman. In otherwords when you look at the region info map, if your nations icon isn't on the region you are in, you get the bonus.
