It sure helps when i dont have to rest at all while farming until convert isn't ready. I love it in parties and am meeting ALOT more WHM's than i have ever met before. Im a lvl 36 RDM i cant wait untill i get this ^^
seems to be between 2-4k on phoneix as of 1/8/06
I am a Warrior turning mage, and the first job I can think of as to not undermine myself as a meely, is RDM. And as rdm goes, it's a hard sell for me as one before 'Refresh' as a support role. But when I get to level 41, I will limit myself to 2 mages at a time. I see now it's a demanding job to beheld.

Two mages huh? Man, Ive been in parties where I had to refresh everyone. Red mage is an intensive job. Our to do list is massive, Dont skip out on what needs to be done, or else that makes an unhappy and slow party.

My static warned me about the dangers of refresh. When I got refresh, it was abused a bit at first, but, since I only exp my rdm with my static party, I have no problems. We have a whm and my rdm, so refresh is never an issue. We had a blm at one point, but it was never bad with three mages.. I helped with a few AF3's, and got stuck in a party full of mages..Casting refresh on 6 people gets annoying, especially when they complain, and you can't cast yet because of the spell's recast timer.. A very useful spell, but please folks, don't abuse the RDM's ability to cast refresh on you. Refresh and Convert made my experience just a tad more enjoyable.

On a related note, Refresh works the same now as it did when I first used it. I receive 150MP total for every cast, as do the other mages I cast it on. I have never seen any change in this.

This spell seems to do a total of 150 MP after casting, less depending on Enhancing Magic.
I raised enhancing from 213 to 248 and have not seen 1 MP difference, so I declare it capped lol.
If there is a way to increase MP regen I would like to know, I was hoping the more EM you had the more MP you regen, but apparently not.
My order of Refresh is as following.
WHM
PLD
BLM
DRK
Healing always comes first then the voker, then the DDs.

Right now I'm a level 30 red mage on Hades Server. I cant wait til im level 41 and refreshing even if i get nagged, in which casre I actually do tell the "STFU!". I just hope its not that expensive. ;(. Im kinda poor. Anyway, nice getting a little price ifo, thanks.

dude, im a lvl 30 rdm on hads,lol, and i dont plan to become a slave like every other rdm, im goin to melee, and if they dont like it, then ***** them, rdm is a fighter mage, not a full mage. so keep fighting the good fight, hopefull ill see u around sum time

Yea im on the bismack sever and like its true were not full mages and we can melee just change ur sub to NIN and im pretty sure they will let u melee Cuz RDM/NIN kicks *** lol

its like once your able to use this spell you become a refresh *****. weather or not you want to be. and if you miss one person they all complain about how your not doing your job even though your doing EVERYTHING ELSE YOU CAN DO! it sux ... especially when you know that their rdm is like lvl 1 or whatever. it like "STFU! i dont tell you how to do you job!"

first i cast on myself
then i cast on pld
after i cast on whm
lastly i cast on blm
...and if theres a drk i get him in on the refresh party every fiew cycles...thats if he uses magic >_<

got it last night while doin BCNM 40 in palborough mines, it's cheap too, soo i aint that bad to find 3k on Gilgamesh
