imo this can consider to be a better option that zenith (for people out there that is wondering) VIT has a small influence on cure V (not as much as MND but in comparison of +3MND and +4 VIT, you'll find the difference isn't that much at all) -4 enmity is always nice, you get 25 less mp in return of the +50 hp~ (excellent for taru!~) i have both pieces and i tend to wear this one for normal use and macro in zenith for cure V.

its up to play style and whether you want to wear a "strawberry condom hat" :P

By the time most WHMs get this cap they already have Zenith Crown and so this often goes into storage (an aside: for the love of god, if you're not going to wear this just pass it to someone else!). However, I urge you to show a little pride in your job and wear this instead! Other than the AF2 body, this is the most notable piece of AF2 that you wear, seeing how the pants are almost exactly like AF1 other than a strip of red at each knee; not only that, as the poster below mentioned, this is only 25 less mp then Zenith Crown while you gain +4 VIT (hey, it helps on AOE, and don't tell me you're never in AOE range in sky) and -4 enmity.

I prefer this over the zenith crown. The -4 emnity is much better than an extra 25 mp. And besides, if you have both, just macro in the cap when you don't have max mp.
