Yeah, definely for galka bards.
these boots seem to be the most beneficial to galka bards, 45 MP will add a lot to any Bard and the +Chr is just obvious for bards, and i cant think of any other piece of equipment that's great for bards at the moment.

Boganart you're completely wrong, INT effects resistant against spells, that's what it does.
It's a shame these don't add INT, like the Elder's equipment does. Extra MP doesn't do much good for a BLM if the spell is resisted. -.-
Being a blm you should know int does nothing to help resists
"nothing" is the wrong word to use there. Not much, yes. Elemental skill would do more, yes. But in a slot with no MAB, magic accuracy, or ele skill, I'll take INT any day.
I have been trying to get these for about 7 weeks on Seraph, none ever seem to go on sale, but they sell for 500-600k here. How much they selling for on your server??
