Last I checked there was no +10 Ninjutsu on these but there is on the head gear
man its hard to decide on +10 ninjutsu skill or +3% haste. i like my ninjutsu to stick when im fighting.

Roughly 1% chance to drop (with zero Treasure Hunter) from each of the above listed mobs in Dynamis-Beaucedine/Dynamis-Jeuno. Moon phase and day of the week also seems to play a role in drop rate factor.

The relic gear is dropped in Dynamis. No quest other than getting above 65 and into Dynamis. Then it's luck on lotting from there. Each area drops different gear, so you'll need to go in each area to get the complete set.

This is the Ninja feet relic armor....does anyone know where to recieve, when, and how to do this quest? Please tell me anything at all useful.
