Recipe requires 2 buffalo leather, not just one. Leathercraft cap on these is probably 90+. I skilled up from 88-89 on these, and recieved .2 clothcraft up @52. Then I failed synthing about 3 times before giving up since all I kept losing was the buffalo leather. Oh well.
Ever since I saw these earlier this year, I've wanted to level Beastmaster to 71... *just* for the pants. If only I had 48-hour days ._.;
I like the way it looks, contrary to popular belief that it's ugly. Especially on Elvaan males ^^;
i think it looks a lot better on female humes, but what do I know?

Despite what so many others say, I love the look of the Bison set. Sure, it looks better on females, but that's only because it's form-fitting on them.
To me it looks very American-Indian, which fits the whole in touch with nature thing we BST got goin'. That +Charm vs. blahblah is annoying since our AF gives us +Charm on everything. However, higher defense and the fact that it's good til 75 (since that damn AF2 set is so hard to get) makes the Bison set appealing appealing.
