I'm sure it's worth it if you camp it/drop it or whatever. Of course it's not worth it if you have to buy it.

No, A01 is correct location.
nice, but compared to what you can use at 67 is the emnity +2 worth the probbly 6M pricetag (predicted from the fact it is from an uncapped BCNM in an Promy Area)
