Daze (Status Effect)  

Analysis

Dazes are negative status effects inflicted by sambas and steps.
Samba-type dazes enhance melee attacks of the character and his/her party (e.g. absorbing HP or MP each hit).
Step-type dazes are enfeebles, lowering the target's statistics, and are stackable up to five times.
Dazes do not positively affect pets, however.
