btw...the enchantment falls under the latent requirements.
refresh enchantment is 1 mp a tic, for one hour, removes buff on zone or death. can only be used in mamook, arrapago or halvung.

You're confused with the "Halvung Territory" and the area known as Halvung.
"Halvung" is inside the "Halvung Territory"
Mt Z is also inside the "Halvung Territory"
