very good for NIN/BLM. More ninjitsu skill = fewer resists. combine it with NIN AF head and you get resists only 1/4 the time. very VERY nice for blowing the hell outta things.

Having an opinion of "Sucks Balls" for ToAU= 13 year old punk that should make an attempt to pry yourself off the computer and try something novel like..reading. You're a waste of space. Should be some rule against people like you wasting others time with your juvenile posts. Get a life.

this could be useful for when i cast utsusemi, but i don't know if the +7 skill really makes that big of a difference. well, i'd be willing to dish out a few hundred thousand gil to test it (i may be way off on price. been a while since i've looked at neckwear on AH :P)
The +7 just raises the skill cap for Ninjutsu. It'd be nice to level your Ninjutsu with so you can pass the caps, but (if you notice on your AF headgear) it only raises the skill cap. You have to level it yourself. Otherwise, it's good for boosting your Ninjutsu damage for fun (after raising your skill).
Edit: I just thought of a good use for this. You can also use this on a main with Ninja subbed to raise your Ninjutsu cap ever so slightly. Sure it's only 7 more, but it might make the difference in that one extra shadow in those AoE attacks. But there are still better neckpieces for /Nin anyway... :\

Drops from a NM in Chamber of Oracles a Burning Circle triggered event. Uses a Moon Globe to activate, lvl cap is 60. Think it might also drop in Sacrificial Chamber and Cloister of Tide burning circle events as well but not certain on those.
