I have the gloves too u need to have the orignal and the -1 to get the gloves. they are awesome gloves especially when u sub whm for that extra mp. Only drop from nightmare mobs -1s. Mine dropped from the crabs but its random.

AF+1 is from Limbus, but Relic+1 is from the new Dynamis zones. You need the regular relic, the -1 version(I got them from dynamis-bub), a certain amount of dynamis currency(30 bronze pieces), and a crafted item(ram leather). Turn them all in to the Limbus lady in Port Jeuno and she will ship them to the Far East to get restored. Like AF+1, you lose the NQ and don't get the +1 till the next conquest update. Yes, you can turn them in on saturday night and pick them up the next morning instead of waiting all week not having access to the regular relic to use.

I'm not 100% sure...but I think it would be a process very similar to how you get the Drachen Figure Gauntlets +1. Just trade them, along with the required items farmed from Limbus, and trade them to the NPC. I'm just speculating, but perhaps Kainhighwind would enlighten us all as to how he got it done??
How in the world would you get these? O_o
