how do you get this gear? alls i know is you can get cursed stuff for pretty cheap on ah but what else do you have to do and does it require alot of money or what???
Would the Ogre Mask be better for BST if you were going for attack and you have a cool blue ponytail? I suppose 5 acc would be better than having 2 more attack, but i like the ponytail. Of course if you consider the cost, the cursed helm is probably a lot more than the ogre mask and the ogre mask +1 is probably not as much as the cursed helm and that has +12 attack. So I guess a 4 attack difference makes the ogre mask +1 better except for the defense, and not to mention the CHR. O and dont forget the ponytail!

Thought about getting this piece, but changing to this from O-hat incurs a -5 Accuracy, and -18 Evasion dip, for +8 ATK
Doesn't seem worth it for DoT, or blink tanking after WS hate

Just a quick question. What do you think would be better to use... Adaman Celata or Optical Hat for say a Drk or War? Just wondering... >_>

I'd say it depends on a few things...
Such as, how much else you have dumped into +acc, if you have a BRD in your PT, and what you're fighting. There are times where I'd say both would be useful.
For instance--
1) You are in sky exping off weapons or statues. You have snipers and a hauberk and misc other things for +acc... and maybe you've got a BRD, and things /check low eva to you. You can use the celata for the extra +attack.
2) You are in sky fighting gods, or are fighting a king HNM. Even with +60acc gear, you know you're going to miss a lot anyway, and your primary concern is just to be able to hit it and get TP... not tweak out more damage. Use the hat.
...If you can only have one of them, the hat is probably more useful overall for endgame activities, plus it eases soloing/farming, and has you ready to lvl other melee jobs. It pretty much comes down to this-- do you need to tweak your accuracy or your damage/attack? There's your answer.

This is another adaman helmet . you get this when you un-curse a cursed Celata with the appropriate abjuration.
