this can be traded for an extra egg each game day... on asura most people are just handing them out for free but most bazars are selling them for about 500-1k gil, i think they sell for 2k for one on the AH
out of curiosity, what is the cap on the attack+ ? Might be good to use as a low lvl caster, mainly low lvl BLU...(1-10 low, fyi)
I just blew up like 144 fire crystals (12 stacks, farmed like most of them, thanks to my LS buddies Tonee, Darisa and Bonebone for the others) to get 2.8 levels of cooking, currently im lvl 68 departing to Windy to take the next test.
Since lvl 50 i haven't seen a +0.2 nor a +0.3.
Thank God next skill up is with water crystals.

Skill ups were very slow for me, only .1's when they came, never a .2 or .3. Good for low lvl RDM but I am glad I am done with these.

these are made from 2 possible synths, one of which the cap is lvl 66, and the other is lvl 68. the difference between these two are the type of egg used inorder to make them
Going into this skillset, I was kind of intimidated. Everybody said that this recipe was slow to skill and pretty much unsellable.
I've had much, much different results.
Off of each stack of fire crystals, I've gotten roughly .5-.6 skillups. All .1s, never any .2s. I crafted facing due West, by the way.
Also, I've made a profit off of them thanks to the Easter event.
I think I'll go hug a moogle now...

You can make these for easter and same rules apply as last year! You will still loose some money on Hades server due to fire crystals running from 5-8k per stack but since it is Easter your blow will be lessened and you wont loose AS MUCH money from these.

These have been the food for my bst from lvl 1 - 16 and I'm probably sticking with it for a while. The hp and mp are more than useful and the att is just an added bonus.... i would recommend heartily to all trainee beastmasters.

I'm sorry that other people seem to be having problems skilling up w/ this recipe but i skilled up w/ it just fine. The fire crystals are expensive but there arent any recipes w/out fire crystals until pear au lait which caps at 72. I did lose some gil on these though but i didnt make them for long since I skilled up quick and the loss wasnt that bad considering. On my server anyways. I hope you find a recipe that works better for you.

I'll agree with that. I tried this at 61, used 3 stacks of materials, and gained .4 skill points at a huge loss. At about 4k a stack for ingredients even if you get 0 failures you won't be able to sell back to vendors for more than 1.5k. Negative 2.5k loss just for ONE stack. And even trying to sell at Jueno AH seems slow. There has to be something better to raise skill.

Melon Pies to 64, then try these.
This has probably been the slowest leveling recepie that I've made yet. I had to go through about 4 stacks of each ingredient to get 64->65
Item does stack. I made a couple stacks tonight.

You can trade one of these to the moogle that gives letter eggs to get recieve another letter egg. Can only trade once per day. With this you can get 2 Eggs in a day instead of just one.
Should clearify. You could trade these to a moogle for the easter event. As of now you cant, but maybe next year.
