I know the Snapping Mole, which also can be used in Mole Broth, can be obtained through mining in Zeruhn Mines (must be a tough-a$$ mole to be able to tunnel through ROCK!) I expect it is rather rare, however. I don't know what other areas these are found in. I see these for sale in ppls bazzars in Bastok from time to time and I buy them to send to friends who have no idea what they are for. Good for a laugh when they /tell "wtf am I supposed to do with this!?!" lol
