I used Senji/perdu for a couple of weeks then i stuffed perdu in my mog. I just never really got a feel for it. As much as the laten is active <100 TO, I felt I still missed alot and per hit dmg was less than what Senji/Fudo does. With senji/fudo and a nice haste build/low delay, I still his just as fast although the added fudo give larger jin number which is nice to see on Mamools. Senji/Perdu It's pretty much a trade off, better stats from 0 to 100 with lower jins or Senji/Fudo alittle different stats 0 to 100 and nicer Jin's. Just depends on preference.

WS damage is only based on main hand weapon. So Senji/Fudo is higher DoT only but is slower than Senji/Perdu. Senji/Perdu should produce higher Jin's than Senji/Fudo. Perdu will also TP faster and also adds +10 atk and +5 acc that affects both hands AND WS.
Fudo is higher damage and it's nice but Senji/Perdu is usually found to be better.. however if you have an augmented Fudo.. that may be another story.. Tsukumo is another option too that can work with the right augments.. but Tsukumo/Perdu would probably be below 200 delay.
It's 27 damage without the latent active, and 32 with t active. Why would I want to hit a mob with a weapon that has 27 or 32 damage when I could use a Fudo which has 39 constant damage and Critical Hit +3%? You're going to get attack +10 and the rumored acc+5 under 100 tp and on weapon skill. Folks, less damage on weapons is not a good thing, especially when you're a Ninja. Trust me on that one. Fudo/Senjuinrikio is much better than Senjuinrikio/crapPerdu
I thought I’d take a look into Dual wield, haste and our favourite Katana setup – Shenjuinrikio and Perdu Blade. The addition of haste % goes up in realistic amounts that you would expect in game. For example, a typical haste setup would be Turban, dusk hands, Swift belt and Fuma’s for 15% haste, The next common addition in your haste setup would be to add in Byakko’s to take you to 20% haste. Some ppl have Dusk+1 hands, some have speed belt, the majority of us, do not. I did not start to add Koga legs into the mix until the last few rows of the table, obviously, you can not wear Byakko's if you wantto wear Koga. I did not know this, but I found out an interesting result of which makes you swing faster. The results do not take TP accumulation into account.
So most of it is either 15 or 20% Haste Armour, 15% Haste spell, 20% Double March song. I appologise if somthing like this was done recently, my internet was just down for 2hours so i wrote a table up in Word and thought i'd just copy it over. My Nin has just hit 73 (Perdu time) so I wanted a table like this for personal reference.

To compare the speed differences of Byakko’s and Koga, compare line 16 with 7, line 17 with 11, and line 18 with 15. The results show that Koga will make you swing faster than Byakko’s when you are under 50% haste. When you have more than 50% haste, Byakko’s becomes superior to Koga for attack speed.
The absolute fastest a Ninja can swing Senjuinrikio& Perdu is with a combined delay of 90.7, which gives a whopping DPS of 46.31!
