Saotome Kabuto
Got mine today. When Count Vine didn't drop, I kinda gave up hope fro the run today, but we went on and some other Kindred dropped it. =D
On this run we were two SAMs, but the other one had to leave early, so it was only me left. And I lotted only 57 and got it. XD
What do we learn from this? Don't leave runs early. ^^

how do you submit a screenshot? i've got some good ones of full saotome geared up.
i like wearing this instead of Ohat 1. Show off :P and 2. Unless I'm missing my ranged attacks, which doesnt happen often, I can always switch.. but I usually dont need to..
This is better for SAM than an o.hat unless they're going sam/rng.
sam acc, 5 less racc. 1 enmity wont do crap. But def:25 and hp+20 outweighs def:0 evasion+10 for survival.
you can always macro in o.hat for ranged attacks.

Heck, if you deck yourself out right, even a SAM/RNG might not need to macro this out most of the time.

Weird, I submitted that fashion shot, and a pic of the equipment at the same time, but they only put up the fashion shot...

I got mine from Count Vine, the SAM Demon NM. If it makes any diff, I was the one to kill it with a weapon skill. I don't know if the job killing it would at all affect it's chance of dropping though.

specifically saotome kabuto drops off Count Vine in Dynamis Xarc. A friend told me this as it dropped and one of his sam friends obtained the item.
Dam they had to make this drop from the hardest boss in the game?!
It doesn't only drop off him. It drops off pretty much anything in Dynamis-Xarcabard, as do all other AF2 pieces that are obtained there. Still no cakewalk getting them, of course...

I've got a good screenshot of full saotome gear but being new to these forums have no idea how to submit pics.. hmmm
does anyone have a picture of the full SAM Relic armor on a person in the game? I saw a website a long time ago that had pictures of each class in each relic, but i cant seem to find that site anymore. Could someone please post it here.
