The stats are as listed. In an interview, a SE rep said there'd be a way to "make them better" in the future. Guessing a new relic weapon set. Hopefully only one or two steps though, since getting the damn weapon to start with is going to be as hard as getting the old relic. (getting to floor 100 maybe isn't so bad, but getting the ONE of eighteen you wnat to drop, when only one or none can drop, then starting again from floor 1! That's crazy!)
