I think this would be a awesome neck for a Drk now, with the new changes to attack.
Isn't the new change to attack that each 1 STR now = more than 1 attack (1.5 I'm hearing often)? If such is the case, the attack from this neck piece isn't any more attack now than it ever was to begin with.

I got one of these from BCNM50 The final bout, the one with the Goobbue. Hope this helps anyone.

I want this item as a replacement for my Tiger Stole. Hmm... they need to put up how to get it already. I'll pay or do anything for it (about to my extent at least).

to my knowledge, one was found somehow on Kujata and sold from one person to another for 200k and then from that person to someone else for 100k and those are the only two transactions for it.

Actually, Spike Necklace does not hurt or help Chakra in anyway. Chakra is normally 2x VIT, 3x VIT with Temple Cyclas (AF Body), and 3.6x VIT with Temple Cyclas and Melee Gloves (Relic Hands). You could always make a macro to unequip the Spike Necklace for Chi Blast (which is affected by MND) then re-equip after you Chi Blast.
You should be macroing in MND gear for chi blast anyway...

See the "Submitted by: Auto-Collection" up top? That means it's in the FFXI database, but not implemented yet. It's possible it is around, but no one's found it or know's how to get it... which I very highly doubt.
