I obtained this in Dynamis Qufim off the second Stringe Bat we killed. Happy Hunting ^^
This is basically Intensifying Cape.
A friend of mine got this in Dynamis-Valkurm tonight...
I can confirm this does drop in Dynamis - Qufim.
This also drops in Dynamis-Qufim, think it came off a Nightmare Bat, or some Nightmare mob at the start.
