High Breath Mantle is probably better too.
I'm currently a 60PLD, any chance of me getting this b4 I'm pass 70??? I really would like to have this when I lvl 70-75
get lvl65 join a dynamis LS, then you have a chance of getting it

It is a drop from Dynamis-Valkurm.
I think it's better then Gigant mantle for HNM's cause of the +VIT and +Enmity. But aside Gigant, there is no better tanking gear for this slot.
