http://ffxi.cannotlinkto/itemdb/food.php now reports that the ranged accuracy is now only +5.

In some other page i found out these give +15 ranged accuracy. Is this true?

This item caps out at 2720, which means you need 11 of them. Or less if you manage to score some HQ synths.

To clear up any misunderstanding, this item is only good for one thing, that I can find, gaining guild points. The effects are simply not worth the cost. They do not sell well on the AH and when they do it is very seldom.
But for many of us cooks we will craft anything to raise those guild points to obtain that hat or apron. :)
