I've gotten the killshot on both him and his wyrvern in the Divine Might fight. I was on Drg/Sam at the time too :P. This fight is fun as hell.
Just as Planned.
You'd think with the updates he'd gain spirit surge.

This Galka is mine whne i Fight AA's. Im a samurai too. Im gonna show him what a real SAmurai can do. YOUR MINE YA HEAR MINE.

Heh heh, careful...try to take him on by yourself and I guarantee he'll beat you down before you even know what hit you. ^_^
I dont think you were imagining things, its not uncommon to have mobs SC, especially in boss battles. In the shikaree battles its almost non-stop, and in the Tenzen battle he will SC with himself, (lv4SC even). So you probably were not imagning it at all.

Dragonfall REALLY hurts. Its his jump attack, did over 500 damage to my poor Tarutaru WHM ; ;

I think he can skillchain with the other Ark Angels too, at least in the Pentasphere battle. Like the Ark Angel HM does Circle Blade, and the MR does Rampage, so I don't see why not...and I swear I saw the HM/MR do a Circle Blade + Havoc Spiral and it chained...but maybe I was just imagining things...

he is the most pimp of all the AA he mot not be the strongest but the TT looks like a 3 yr old goth the elvaan is a hippie on crack the hume is well average and the mithra just all around suks
Yes now he needs the pimp hat of red mages in all black. Damn if my PS2 didn't mess up I be playing FFXI right now.

then what is his wyvern's name? i'm just curious. i think i would lose a lot of enjoyment from seeing a big a$$ galka call to his side an all powerful winged beast name...Rex... -_-;

Yes, boring. Just as MR's pets are named like 'Ark Angel's Tiger'
Keeping the pets slept is still essential to the all-5 AA fight. They're quite nasty.
And don't listen too hard to the calls of 'easy' on any of the AA mobs. They use 2hr abilities, but sometimes repeatedly, as is the case here with GK's Meikyo Shisui. That's a lot of damage for a tank to survive, even a NIN blinktank.

hey is the wyvern that this guy uses a normal wyvern like mine (Rygor the blue wyvern) or does it look like Guirve or however its spelled cause i wouldnt wanna fight a bigass wyvern
It looks like a normal DRG wyvern, but black.

He's apparently the second easiest of the Crystal Warriors to beat, next to Ark Angel TT.
