Vana'diel Bestiary: Diving Beetle  

Diving beetles in new Sauromuge Champaign [S] zone check T-VT as 43 BST, I scanned the stretch from jeuno to Garlaige Citadel and there were no variations. I'd assume level range for these is 44-46 or so, nice alternative to other areas since there's no aggro.

These things do link I went to Carpenters Landing with my 59thf/nin to farm Beetle jaws... I shot one with my crossbow and as he was comming at me he ran by 2 others that just poped and linked both of them. I do believe however its only by site that they link. I noticed if i was behind another beetle fighting no link but if i was infront of him I would get a link.
