Yes, THF gobs do drop Goblin Helmets. I was confused myself, but Goblin Robbers drop Goblin Helmets. While I have yet to kill a Bandit, I can only assume it is similar. You'd have to wonder though, you see a Goblin Digger digging in the ground occasionally, think a THF Goblin might sometimes reach into his buddy's pocket? lol

To answer the question, "can you steal multiple times from the same gobline" the answer is yes. I've done it multiple times before. However, I've noticed that if you successfully steal from it the first time, the possibility for a second steal from the same mob is decreased (basically it gets harder).
As for the second, yes you can definately steal testimonies from these things for thiefs (but not any other job). Just ONLY when you steal (as it mentions before). I've stolen two of these things before.

i have a question about missed steals. does anyone know if you miss a steal, can you go back to that same monster & attempt another with potential success? i have never been able to steal successfully from a monster that i previously mis-stole. i was hoping if anyone has had this hapen they could let me know. it may sound strange to be able to steal attempt twice on 1 mob that stil alive, but i was trying for a 2nd testimony in cape terrigan from the same bandit i couldn't kill, using hide & waiting till steal was ready again for another attempt, i tried about 10 times (50 mins or so) & it never gave it up.
In case any of you were wondering, don't xp off of these. There high evasion makes them a real pain to hit.

Yea I confirmed it today that you can indeed steal your Thief's Testimony from these guys. I was just done leveling in Kuftal and grabbed one out of curiosity.

I've seen Thfs steal Thf Testimonies while we do coffer key hunts. Don't know though if Thfs can steal other job testimonies.
In mystery tour it says that you can steal these?.

why would u need to flee. its a gob, steal + mug + hide.
