This is Raitaro's brother Xanthen Ive killed this bird 3 times and got no drop the other birds aggro if your close enough I think he is around 18-23 its my guess because i can solo him on War29/Mnk14 Using my 2hr mighty strikes. well thats all goodluck to all who tries to obtain the besieger mantle...
