Where are the Hover Tanks? (e.g. directions on finding them)
Found them ..
Go in the main entrance Turn to the Left and go through the door Follow the hallway heading to the exit at J-3 to the Yhoator Jungle Staying to the Right enter the Temple of Uggalepih at J-9 The Hover Tanks will be down the stairs and to the Left

For all you RDM's out there wanting to solo your rdm testimonies for lvl 70 cap, these are the guys to do it on. Battles will last about 7-9 minutes. I've gotten 3 testimonies from them. Once on the first kill and then the others after about 8-10 fights.
