I need some help on this one. I've been to the Halvung Staging Point twice. First time I brought the supplies package and talked with the NPC, used the runic portal to get back to WG. Problem is, I am unable to use the runic portal in WG to get back to the staging point, keeps telling me that I need Imperial Authorization. I've received the permit from the taru, still not able to use the portal. Any suggestions.
At the end of the hall is an npc. You have to buy a portal pass for like 200 ISP.

So i got the Point in Caederava ... so does this mean i can use all the staging points portal to all the other places now?? :)

No, you have to use each portal at least once before you can warp there from Whitegate.
After your done this mission. You get access to a mog locker, which you can pay for with those aht Urhgan coins.

how do i get to each staging point i get completely lost every time
Is this mission how you access the runic portals? Once you have done this can you continue to the other npcs to acquire the other 4 runic portals?

When i first read this i thought i Had to go to all 5! xD I went to the halvung, because i knew that area from all the mount zhayolm manaburn pts and after that i went all the way to mamool ja point when i realized you only had to do one. So i had to go back to the halvung staging point again to get back to whitegate, it was so humiliating. I even did all the quests for the maps for each area staging points were in. ;_;
