Very Easy quest, but i was a little disappointed it only had 5 Charges. As far as if the quest is repeatable, i dunno. but i sure as heck will try to see when i finish the charges. I highly recommend getting the map to Vunkerl Inlet[S] before doing this quest. and of course the Fort Karugo-Nargugo[S] map helps to obtain before even heading to windhurst waters[s]. GL!

SummaryIt seems young Kocco is always upsetting her mother with her mischieveous pranks... WalkthroughTo start this quest, you must speak to Kocco Ehllek. After doing so, speak to her mom who is Rohn Ehlbalna. She should be hanging around at (G-9). Go back to Kocco and she will ask you for a blue gem. The blue gem is actually a piece of Kionite which could be found at Vunkerl Inlet [1] by clicking the ??? located at (F-9). Return to Kocco Ehllek and give her the gem. I've seen an earring called Kocco's earring, enchantment: "reraise II". It's a silver type looking earring with a blue gem so I'm assuming that is the reward for this quest.
