Summary

It appears Senator Werner had a secret mercenary force in his employ. What other clandestine plans will be uncovered as the investigation continues...?

Walkthrough

If you had done the quest Light in the Darkness recently, you must wait one game day before getting this one.

Start by heading to the past and going to Bastok Markets. Find Gentle Tiger who should be at H-6 and speak with him for a cutscene. Once you do this, run over to K-10 and talk to Engelhart.

Make your way to Eldieme Necropolis (S). Enter this zone and head over to G-9 and drop down the center pit. The area below is going to have Orcs so go head and clear them out. There should be a sarcophagus at I-7 for a cutscene.

Once you do this, head back to Gentle Tiger to complete the quest. After completing the quest, talk to Blatherix at F-8 and he'll give you an elixir.
