Storm on the Horizon  

Summary

Senator Karst has left unescorted for a meeting with Chairman Pale Eagle. You are to accompany Mythril Musketeer Volker to the rendezvous point and bear witness to the exchange between the two leaders.

Walkthrough

Begin this quest by zoning into Bastok Markets {s} for a cutscene. You must zone in from Gustaberg for the cutscene to happen, and at least one game day must have passed since finishing the previous quest.

Next, head to H-6 and talk to Gentle Tiger outside the Metalworks.

After speaking with the Galka, head to I-8 in North Gustaberg{s}, where you'll find the path leading up Zegham Hill. At the top of the hill, click on the monument at J-7.

Then go to Grauberg {s} and find the cave in the southeast corner of H-5. Enter the cave and click the ??? at I-6 for a cutscene and to receive an Icarus Wing.
