Bohtauri Description

This template is used by Bohtauri. This is to show other content managers that I have edited this template and has agreed to be the maintainer of this template to:

• Keep Improving Server Performance.
• Resolve any Bugs that appear.
• Make sure all Documentation is created appropriately.

• Gametag isnt built into the {{Bohtauri}} unlike {{BWS}}, to keep things transparent and the ability to move template maintainence between different Wikibase administrators.
