Dont expect to make money off of this 600 HP pushover, got a earth crystal with this though...
Mabye usefull for farming wind based damselflys but then my rng acc would be gimped cause of no Rng necklace for me,

this item is useless i hardly does anything for my character (30RDM/15BLM) it deosnt even sell in the AH on Sylph.

Would this be a good neck piece to wear when farming Air or Light elementals that check Easy Prey to? Being a WHM around 40 sometimes the Air elementals I find deal good damage to me and I was wondering if this, along with Baraera would lessen the ammount of damage that its Aero spells do to me.

[b]i killed the it with no trouble when my drk was lvl 20 or so, got the drop and then gave it to a friend, lol found it while i was after the air elemental. anyways it was easy to kill even tho the drop wasnt worth the trouble.[/b]

I took this thing down while trying to deathport. Level 15 BST, it took me about 40% MP and 14 EM pets. Other then that not bad. Just ran around a lot.

Oh my dear friend Serpopard Ishtar, I know him well ^^
I've killed Serpopard a good 20 times, I farm in Tahrongi a lot and always end up engaging him, thinking he's just another dhalmel. Alwasy gives me a rush when I read "Amarith hits Serpopard ishtar for 80 damage.". Adds a little spice to the farming :)
He's a push over, never had a problem kill him. And while the drop is only worth about 1k and not really that useful it seems to be an easy drop and it's certainly a fun kill :)

What level do you have to be to wear this? I have never seem an item with no level.....

Heh killed this loser while leveling club skill (it rose three levels while leveling!) I went in with half MP and 1/4 HP. Sad to say if it wasn't for drain I would have been dead... However, I was also taking three dhalmel around him so that's understandable. Very easy NM, not really worth the time messing with if you're over level 30. I killed him when at lv40(blm/smn) Easy stuff. ^^

Killed Ishtar after stumbling upon him with my 23THF/11WAR. Killed it easily. Got the Cerulean Pendant, which I was disappointed to find was its rare drop. I was hoping for something much better, but hey I got it. Sells for about 1k in Windurst and about 2k in San d'Oria. Was a pretty easy fight.

I was hunting for gaint feumers and dhamel hides when I attacked this thing. I was half way through the fight before I noticed what I was attacking. I have done this 2 times actually (stupid me), killed it both times, but I have not gotten this pendent.

Took him at [24 WAR/10 MNK], he ate off about 150 health, but not hard. 32 xp and 2 dhalmel meats :P

As the earlier Anonymous poster said, Serpopard Ishtar is a Notorious Wild Dhalmel in Tahrongi Canyon. I've seen her, and steered clear because I was pretty sure I couldn't take her. At this point, I might give it a go. =^_^=

What is "Serpopard Ishtar?" Is it a notorious Yagudo/Goblin, or is it undead? And what part of the canyon does it spawn?

He's a dhalmel and he spawns roughly in the centre of the canyon I believe.
