When it first came out I bought it for 200k on Unicorn..Thankfully I was able to sell it back and before too long it went down to under 10k

so umm.. just bought this for bout 4 k on Garuda in Jeuno....... best great axe i can think of at this level, and also the cheapest, im interested in what the quest for this actually is like for it to be so cheap ( ill probably go look XD )but im 36 WAR atm so im still waiting to investigate these so-called "hidden traits" but from the looks of it, it might be various.... idk.. cant wait to find out, it looks sick as all hell!!!

I don't know why everybody is so down on this Great Axe lately. I agree that it's been over-priced on some servers or at certain times, but I don't think anybody can deny the fact that this baby deals some serious damage. I got mine for 10k so I'm very happy about the quality of this weapon for how much I payed. I've heard a lot about hidden effects that make it better and/or worse which I really have no clue about. All I know is that at level 37 I can't find a better Great Axe out there

Understand that I have no test to "prove" this statement, so instead I ask a question. Has anyone else experienced an ACC- effect from this axe. My story:

Three days of partying in Quicksand Caves. I just pulled my WAR from storage, and this axe was not on sale. I picked up a heavy axe and with sub /THF I went to town. Bream sushi food for DEX+6 and ACC%+16, and I almost never missed the mob. Mobs scan IT-+ to me, and my total DEX was 46+12.

Third day comes around, and one of these goes on sale at AH. I pick it up, because who wouldn't want an extra ATK+8. I go back to Quicksand Caves for another party. Mobs still scan IT-+. I still have Bream Sushi with DEX+6 and ACC%+16. I'm still using Aggressor. I'm suddenly missing the mob 40-50%. Even Beetles with their Evasion Boost effect still scanned low evasion to me. And yet I still missed.

If it weren't excessively noticeable, I wouldn't have thought anything of it. But the difference was like night and day. Maybe I was just having a bad night and the servers just hated me. But I'm wondering if anyone else may have experienced anything similar to this.

I'm wondering why the price for this item dropped SO much. It was some hundreds K on Hades and now it's 10K. It seems the places to get it didn't change. Maybe the drop rate? Or maybe another GAxe, better, appeared at that level?

This puppy only cost me like 3k on Seraph, and it seems to have hidden traits too.

I was comparing it to my Raifu in exp sessions and soloing, and I seem to Crit and Double attack a lot more often with the voulge. This thing ROCKS!

i bought this on fairy a ways back for 300k

going for 20k on Garuda at the moment.

why isnt this axe on the List of Great axes?

I got mines for 160k but now its 140k. Its good till Raifu and it looks hot.

100k ifrit did i get a good deal?

i heard it's a cluster that blows 3 times, last blow does 3k damage, so i was thinking pld, whm, and rng, barfira, put as much as you can into living and killing it,if you cant kill it then the pld invincible and lives, opens chest, split items, if pld is 50+ after the fight raise a couple times and all happy and done, i've never done this fight so get back to me on how it goes if you try this strategy, i just thought about it when my friend told me what the cluster does in the fight


pld uses invincible just before cluster does it's third self destruct*
