this wep is most useful for bastokan since they rarely control more than three areas in most servers hehe. on mine atleast bastok is always last.

On Ragnarok, San d'Oria is about as pathetic as I've ever seen a nation, so I intend to get this dagger to take advantage of its sucktitude.

Is the 10att realy worth more than the 2 base dmg. Im not so sure id use knifes after 34.
If your PT wanted to lvl in a region that your nation controlled, would you wield this or the Federation Knife? My guess is the knife?

This weapon is the best weapon a theif can have untill AF1 -Marauder's Knife. Its expencive, normally 90-110k. I had to farm for a week to get it. You can buy them at AH.

The only way to get it is by Synth. the Merc. Cpt. Kukria with steal ingot and fire crystal. You have to be 38+ in smithing or else u will prob will loose it. That is a +1 item . Most of the time u will get the Windurstain Kukri the execption is Federation Kukri.
And the extras thing work only in the regions which your nations controls . Lets say " Region under Bastokan controll" If u are from Bastok you will get the extras. Like attack+7.

You mean it only works OUTSIDE of your nations control. If you are from Bastok, and Bastok is in control of the region, you will NOT get the Attack +7. You will, however, get the Accuracy +3, as that bonus is not dependent on regional control. I may keep my Federation Knives around for a while too, just in case San d'Oria controls the region I am in (I am from San d'Oria, obviously). That way I will have either +10 Attack from Dual Wielding the Federation Knives, or +14 Attack from Dual Wielding the Federation Kukris, depending on whether or not we're in control.
As for this weapon being the best for the level, I think it is unquestionably the best, at least until the AF1 Marauder's Knife. In fact, I think this could be the best weapon for THF up until the Corsair's Knife at level 50. I realize Dual Wielding a Marauder's and a Calveley's will add +5 DEX, but I think +14 Attack (not to mention equal or greater DMG with lower Delay) might trump +5 DEX, especially considering that I am already at +19 DEX and +14 AGI at level 35.

Bone knives at 46, +10acc/atk, which is a total of +20 in acc/atk non-regionally. Plus more base damage.
Its the nicest weapon, conditional +7 aside.
Fastest, best damage. The corrosive kukri and any of the "Procing" weapons are practically useless and not worth the inflated prices.
The federation line will keep you in daggers from 25-40 something, depending on taste of course.

does it really have the bonus for attack only when not under your nations control?? if so that blows and makes me wonder if its really worth it, im from sandy and on my server we never drop lower than two in the conquest rankings so less than half of the areas on controlled by others. Maybe i'll buy one and just keep it for when im in an area that we dont control and keep on usinng my fed daggers otherwise.

This is the HQ synth of a Windurstian Kukri which is crafted using a Mercenary Captain's Kukri. I don't know the recipe/craft required.
