Today a guy was offering to sell it for 600k on Cerebrus. Usually sells for more than 1 million, but it does not sell very often at all.

uh . . . no . . . it's called a mistake, they accidentily put staff instead of sword. Even if you could two hand it, it'd be a greatsword, not a staff. This sword, as well as the NQ version can be used by BLU as well, so it'd be highly prized for them, since it's the strongest weapon damage wise that they can get for awhile, and it'd be good for 50 cap stuff they have to go through to get some of their spells.
edit: just realized that the sword is 42, not 40 X_X

Check the regular Shotel: sword/sword skill. Maybe you can two-hand the +1 and use to skill up like a club (but you will probably cut your hands to ribbons...).

Only sold once in the AH history on Cerberus. Today I saw another one. But it cost over 2mil.
Bought one in Shiva server for 600K, used it a bit just to see. A nice looking sword but I would have only kept it if I had another +1 to dual wield withm but none available. I sold it back for the same price so I guess its like a pay and play and no late fees lol.

Lol, the funny thing is that in my server all there is, Is a Shotel +1.....no regular Shotel's to be found.
