WalkthroughTalk to Maat at level 61+ to receive this quest. He will give you four random clues from the list below. You do know that there are 2 maps for Windurst Waters, a north and a south. The South map does have a c-11.
Lol, never knew. I barely go to Windurst, because it's annoying getting around.

wow.... there it is again .. Pwn... its a made up word from a misstype of "own" and little kids thought it was really "cool" so i guess it stuck... but seriously , why would u use this, it doesnt even make sense.
umm i think you got it wrong. Last time i checked Pwn is short for Pawn. as in that mob was pawned. Ie owned ie we kicked it A$$ really really really bad. i could be wrong but im pretty sure thats what Pwn is short for.

Allakhazam needs to update it a bit. I had the same one as you, but I figured it out it's the same girl as the one listed above that says:

Out of the 4 clues, Maat gave me 2 that weren't mentioned in the list.
"A girl who thinks she can never be as good as her sister." I knew right away that this was Kaede in Port Bastok (J-5) Also, it's very similar to another clue listed under Bastok - the "inferiority complex" one.
But the other unlisted clue has me stumped. "A man that gets upset when anyone tells him that "hats suck." Right away I thought it was the hat merchant in the southern part of Windurst Waters, but it wasn't. And not his sidekick either.
Anyone else know this one? I'll go search around & update if I figure it out.
Update: Thanks for gahoo & the link posted... I found the answer immediately - it was Boizo-Naiso in Windurst Woods (H-10). Although in all my questing, that little bugger never said anything about hats... and now for the last NPC! :D

Please update the Wiki with if any of the translations are incorrect. If everyone updated their clues it would be done in no time.

This is a much better guide than the one given here on Alla. The clues are exact for the English version, not mistranslations of the Japanese script.
I am so glad that SE made a LB quest that was extremely easy. I mean you already get the items while in exp parties, and if you recalled the NPC's that you talked to, this one is a breeze. If only they were all this easy :-p. And thank you to Draguson and Firelink for helpin me with the two NPC's that I didn't know for sure. And thanx again SE for a finally easy LB quest.
