Dragon Bone
I've heard the wyrm horn drops off the Holy Cow ENM. (At least mystery tour folks say that).
Seems kinda odd that it would drop off the 3 dragon HNMs since the item is new yet they are not. That said my ls said they saw someone sporting the dragon body piece right after the update yet I've never seen the wyrm horn ever sold in jeuno as of yet.

Also this is used in the dragon leggings. Think the recipe is dragon bone, wyvrn scale, 2x buffalo leather. Dex +3, agi +3, attk +2, subtle blow +1 or 1. Basically same thing as leaping boots with slight attk and subtle blow but going to cost double.

It is a new item, you're right. SE added it to the list of items dropped by the big 3 dragons.
Also, quite a few of the most expensive items aren't sold on the AH. It's pretty common. Either they get sold in someone's bazaar to avoid the AH tax, or the HNMLS that got the drop works out a deal with a high level crafter to make the equip for them.

Drops from ENM uncapped battle at either mine shaft # yadda yadda or from the bear claw peninsula one named brothers. currently sells for 3 mill on remora. Used to craft all of the THF JSE except for body piece you'll also need to come up with a wyrm something or other rumored to drop off the big 3 dragon hnms.
