the AH price for one of these is 25k in jeuno. The funny thing is that in bastok they're also 25k...but the HQ is 20k...price for HQ probably hasn't been updated in a while or something b/c of ppl not making it and selling in Bastok. Either way, I bought the HQ for 20k in someone's bazaar and once I'm done w/ it I will sell it back for the price of the reg 2 handed (25k). And I do agree that the braveheart is a better sword. Although, if your great sword skill is high enough and you have other means of DEX increase, I would go w/ this instead, if u want to save money.

Which is stonger? Mercenary or the 2handed? :-S im not sure i think its the mercenary's because of the attack+7
I've heard this gsword can be made from using a light crystal + rusty greatsword? can anyone else confirm this if so would be good to put it up!
I can confirm this. Light Crystal + Rusty Greatsword does indeed yield a Two-handed Sword. I cannot confirm what lvl is required.

i love this sword, it looks friggin awesome. it's 4k on Bismarck. I buy them from the AH in Rabao for 4k and sell them in Bastok for 8k, i do it often, great way to make money on Bismarck, if you can make it to rabao often then i suggest you try it

A lot of people who use greatswords want to get the best sword for their level. That is respectable but at level 18 you can buy the braveheart for 13,000 gil (on my server) and at level 20 you can buy the two-handed sword for 7,000 gil which does way better damage anyway! So maybe just try and wait for two more levels. ^^ -valatron
Very incorrect. the Braveheart is a much better weapon than the 2-handed sword. DEX+2 and ACC+5 is worth more than 6 dmg.
amen to that... wats the point of having damage when u miss half the time! Brave Heart has thumbs up till a windhurst or federation great sword

i ahve been using this sword since i was lvl 20. now im lvl 32 im still using it its an awsome sword i dont plane on getting rid of it till i hit lvl 36!

It is a bit funny that they have a level 20 sword called "Two-handed Sword", and a level 5 sword called "Deathbringer". Two-handed Sword doesn't sound very intimidating. Then again, it doesn't really matter much on names. But yeah, this is a good sword for its level.

Not really -- I've seen the death scythe (lvl 73 scythe) for under 10k at the Jeuno AH. If the burning claymore was the SAME lvl as this, then it would truly be ironic. Often, higher lvl equipment is priced lower (maybe supply and demand?)
