These rings are pretty useless IMO... You can buy an eremites ring or a saintly ring and add 2 to the magic stat itself! I doubt very much that +4 MP will benefit any mage more than +4 INT/MND... The earrings are worth equiping because there isnt an alternative... but unless you have Astral Rings or something that adds 20+ MP, stick with the stat buffers.
I bought 2 of these for mt lvl 18 WHm, they were only 1k a piece (Sandy AH /Valefor)
On Bismarck about 2.5k. thaat was when i bought mine in Bastok.
