Being Elvaan I need all the MP I can get so I CPed this, yes it seems like a rip but I got plenty CP so wasn't a problem.
lol, I'm using it currently, Galka PLD. I bought it for like 8k @ Remora Bastok AH. I just like to hoard MP.

which makes it a complete rip off, you won't see many/any at AH, not worth all the CP.
This item can only be obtained from Bastok guards. I believe it is a Rank 3 item, meaning it costs 4000 conquest points.
