Very useful for lower levels. It's saved my butt MANY times. Not as effective as, say, Potions, but it's an affordable alternative, usually.
I've killed Stray Mary a few times and the only sort of milk I got was "Mary's Milk,"

Mary's Milk is 100% drop from Stray Mary. Selbina Milk is not 100%.
This item actually is stackable.

On Kujata, It's rare to see Mary camped at all. On a busy day, you may see one 50+ THF pitchin a tent around the mills.
In comparison to truely camped NMs like Lizzie, Emp, Jack... She's perhaps one of the most ignored NMs in the game.
All this aside, why would you consider a NM a viable solution for getting a common food item in the first place? Selbina is only about 10 mins away from Mary's spawn point.

mary is the most camped? on my server. you usually have to beg people to come camp her!

It means you will heal 1HP every tick (3 secs) and will heal you up to a maximum of 40HP :)
I think it means that you will get a total of 40HP of healing by the time it wears off.

Heh, sorry to dig up an old post here. Yeah, Selbina does not have anywhere that sells it, but the region Selbina is in is the Zulkheim region which is why Zulkheim vendors are the ones who sell the milk. ^^
