To whomever has gotten an HQ 3 of sparkling stone, can u please tell me what level your goldsmithing is? Im just wondering how high you have to be to craft a Koh-I-Noor

Hiya. Just synthed one today with goldsmithing skill of 52. Had advanced guild help on so added up to 55 (52 + 3).
Synthed on earthsday, facing east in the morning.

This stone is synthed into a Koh-I-Noor on HQ3.
So you'd need very high level goldsmithing. Used for upgrading Relic weapons.
I don't know the value of the Sparkling Stone on Fenrir, but a Koh-I-Noor goes for a little over 1 mil.
