SummaryThe Cobra Unit and the newly arrived Cheetah Volunteers have received orders to conduct a joint diversionary operation in Sauromugue Champaign. Participants are to convene on-location. WalkthroughAfter finishing When One Man is Not Enough with the cut scene in West Sarutabaruta (S), zone into Windurst Waters (S) for a cut scene to begin this quest. Next, head to the southwest corner of K-9 in Sauromugue Champaign (S) and talk to Mham Lahrih, who is standing on the upper walkway of a fort. You will receive a small cutscene. Down the stairs from Mham Lahrih is an abandoned mineshaft. Click on the mineshaft for another cutscene and to receive the key item Signal Firecracker. Click on the mineshaft again to enter the mines, where you must complete an assault-style battle. After winning the battle, complete the quest by speaking with Dhea Prandoleh in Windurst Waters (S). Battle InfoTo win this battle, you must destroy a Confederate Belfry in the mineshaft. You are aided by Romaa Mihgo and several mithra NPCs. You must protect Romaa Mihgo; you automatically lose the battle if she is KO'd. Battle Notes:
If you fail to win the battle, wait another Vana'diel day and then speak with Mham Lahrih to receive another Signal Firecracker. Once you successfully complete the battle, return to speak to Deah Prandoleh to complete the quest and receive your reward: a Ruby.
