SummaryThe notorious assassin Darksteel Hurricane has returned in full force to wreak havoc on the embattled Republic of Bastok. Assist the Mythril Musketeers to locate and apprehend the blood-thirsty criminal before more lives are lost. WalkthroughAfter at least one in game day has passed since you complete Fire in the Hole, zone into Bastok Markets (S) from North Gustaberg (S) for a cut scene. If you did not receive an Elixir from Blatherix in the quest Burden of Suspicion, you will not get the cut scene. Next talk to Gentle Tiger at (H-6) for another cut scene. Now go talk to the following NPCs, in any order, for information: Biggorf at (H-10), Paul at (H-5), and Wilhelmina at (I-9). Retrun to Gentle Tiger for another cut scene. Now go to Blatherix at (F-8) in Bastok Markets (S) for a cut scene. He wants a Goblin Mess Tin, a Goblin Mushpot, and a pinch pf Twinkle Powder. If talking to him does not trigger the cut scene, check again with Biggorf at (H-10), Paul at (H-5), and Wilhelmina at (I-9). Talk to Blatherix one more time and he will ask you to meet him at the Mythril Musketeer's headquarters. Go back to Gentle Tiger once more for another cut scene. Go to Vunkerl Inlet (S) and check the ??? at (F-6) for a cut scene. Return to Bastok Markets (S) and talk to Blatherix for your reward and to complete the quest.
