i have killed this guy at least 5 times now and he hasnt dropped any af2 armor and just one relic gun that i lotted a 7 for >< this guy is not fun he uses fanatic dance to charm everyone but i killed zoidberg today while charmed so that made me happy lol sorry zoid ><
he uses a sort of 'charmga' that will charm anyone within range here is a not so great picture of him and us under his influence of charm
